All clothing is thoroughly checked over before dispatch so items should arrive with no defects. Any returns for Refund or exchange must be sent back within 7 working days and it is your responsibility to occur any fees,(original postage fee will not be refunded), this applies to any international charges also which may occur.Please remember when returning items it is your responsibility to make sure items arrive safely. Items should arrive in the same condition as sold not worn or soiled.Please take care of any jewellery that may cause snagging to delicate items when worn or tried on, please be aware this is not a manufacturing fault and the full responsibility of customer. Please make sure you return items with return invoice and your full name and contact details with any exchange requests if needed.
Sale items purchased will be offered an 7 day exchange only policy.
